RULES & CONDITIONS Promoter: This competition is promoted by Grace Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd, known hereafter as Grace Pharm. Competition Period: The competition runs 27 February 2025 to 6 March 2025 only. No entries will be accepted after 23h59 on 6 March 2025 (“Competition Period”). Who can enter: Only natural persons who are at least 18 years old are entitled to participate in this competition. You may not participate if you are a supplier of goods or services in connection with this competition, or if you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent of, or consultant to Grace Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd or Campus Media (Pty) Ltd or if you are any of the aforementioned persons’ spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, or business partner. How to enter: Navigate to the web-based entry form and supply the required details to complete your entry. Upon entering the competition, you are deemed to have read and accepted all terms and conditions of the competition. Grace Pharm reserves the right to modify the competition at any time without prior notice. By supplying your own details via the competition entry you provide your consent to receive marketing communications from Grace Pharm. By entering the competition, you consent that your email details will be stored for marketing purposes. Any communication sent to you will have a clear opt-out option should you wish to unsubscribe from marketing communication from Grace Pharm. Entry fees: Participation in the promotions or competitions is completely free, and no entry fees are required Prize: The prizes consist of R1000 cash each to the first five correct entries drawn. Entries will be randomly drawn from the database of entries received. Conditions of the Prize: •Winners must provide Grace Pharm or their appointed agents with a verified bank account into which the cash prize will be deposited. •The prize is non-transferable. •Images used on the advertisements of the competition are used for illustrative purposes only. Selection of Winner(s): The winner will be chosen randomly by lucky draw to be held no later than 7 working days after the competition end date. Grace Pharm’s decision in selection of the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into with any competition participant other than the winners. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries, or entries sent through via agencies and third parties, will not be accepted. Notification of Winner(s): The winner will be notified via email and telephone. Grace Pharm will attempt to contact with the winner at least 3 times, but if Grace Pharm is unable to contact the winner within 3 working days, such winner will forfeit his/her prize and Grace Pharm reserves the right to redraw another winner. Once contact has been made with the winner and he/she has accepted the prize, the winner will be announced on Grace Pharm’s Zerenity Facebook page. Prize Handover: The winner will be required to proof of identity for payment of the prize into their bank account. In terms of section 11(6)(i) of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, it is a requirement that Grace Pharm retain the Participant Information of the winner for a period of at least 3 (three) years. The Winner hereby consents to the retention of the Participant Information for the aforesaid purpose. Grace Pharm may require the winner to provide additional information as it may reasonably require in order to determine the winner and to process and/or facilitate the winner's acceptance of the prize. Forfeit: There are certain situations in which a winner will forfeit his/her prize, namely: (i) he/she has already won one prize in this competition;(ii) he/she fails to provide Participant Information within 24 hours of it being requested by Grace Pharm; (iii) he/she is found to have contravened any other terms and conditions set out herein; (iv) it is in any way unlawful for that winner to receive that prize. In the event of a forfeit, Grace Pharm shall be entitled in its sole discretion to select another winner from amongst the participants. Use of participant and winner information: By participating in this competition, you consent to the use by Grace Pharm or a third party nominated by Grace Pharm of your Participant Information. You consent that your name and surname may be announced, posted and displayed on the Grace Pharm website and social media pages. The winner may also be requested to participate in marketing activities, including having his/her photograph taken or being filmed, but he/she will be entitled to decline to do so. The Participant will not be entitled to any form of remuneration as a result of Grace Pharm so using his/her Participant Information. Unforeseen events: In the event of any unforeseen circumstances or any causes beyond Grace Pharm’s reasonable control, Grace Pharm at its sole discretion reserves the right to cancel this competition, amend the rules, or change the prize at any time without notice to you. Should any unforeseen event occur that may render the prize draw or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Grace Pharm, no liability whatsoever shall be attributable to Grace Pharm. Rules: By participating in this competition, you are deemed to have read and accepted all terms and conditions of the competition. Your personal information shall be processed in strict compliance with the applicable Data Protection Legislation (Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013) and Grace Pharm’s privacy policy accessible on request or on Grace Pharm 's website at https://www.gracepharmaceuticals.co.za/privacy-policy. Indemnification: You will fully indemnify, defend and hold Grace Pharm harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, causes of action and other proceedings arising from or related to any of the following (the "Claims"): (a) your use of, inability to use, or activities in connection with the website; (b) any violation of these terms and conditions or any other Grace Pharm terms, conditions or policies by you or through any account you may have with any website; (c) any transaction; (d) any allegation that any submission or other materials that you make available through the website infringe or otherwise violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party; or (e) your violation of any rights of any website visitor, user, or customer, or any other third party; and you agree to reimburse Grace Pharm on demand for any damages, losses, costs, judgments, fees, fines and other expenses we incur (including attorneys' fees) as a result of any claim(s). This means that you will be held liable for any loss or damage we suffer following any claims. Governing Law: This competition in its entirety, is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
